🛠 Hard Skills Requirements — Experience in business in retail, manufacturing as a business/system analyst — Experience in consulting in supply chain management, retail as a business/system analyst — Knowledge of the stack: Knowledge Space, Optimacros, Novo BI, Jume, Reshape — Experience as a system analyst for over 5 years — Combined SA+BA experience is desirable — Experience with analytical platforms, corporate systems, or planning systems — Experience in complex projects with a large amount of data and integrations — System analysis of requirements (BRD, FRD, SRS, Use Cases, User Stories) — Business process modeling (UML, AS-IS / TO-BE) — Data design and description (ER diagrams, logical models) — Working with relational and non-relational databases at the data and requirements analysis level — Working with integrations: REST API, exchange formats, OpenAPI specifications; understanding of event-driven integrations — Decomposition of complex business tasks into technical requirements — SQL: reading and writing analytical queries — Higher education (information technology, mathematics, economics, applied sciences)
