Requirements Hard Skills — 5+ years of experience as a System Analyst — Combined SA+BA experience is desirable — Experience with analytical platforms, corporate systems, or planning systems — Experience in complex projects with large amounts of data and integrations — System analysis of requirements (BRD, FRD, SRS, Use Cases, User Stories) — Business process modeling (UML, AS-IS / TO-BE) — Data design and description (ER diagrams, logical models) — Work with relational and non-relational databases at the data and requirements analysis level — Work with integrations: REST API, exchange formats, OpenAPI specifications; understanding of event-driven integrations — Decomposition of complex business tasks into technical requirements — SQL: reading and writing analytical queries — Higher education (information technology, mathematics, economics, applied sciences)
Requirements Soft Skills — Work with a large number of stakeholders — Facilitation skills
Will be a plus — Experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Forecasting, ERP, APS — Experience in product teams (Agile, Scrum) — Understanding of Supply Chain Planning, S&OP, Demand Sensing processes (for Demand Planning module) — Understanding of linear and mixed-integer optimization problems, LP, MILP (for Supply Network Planning module) — Experience in describing requirements for ML and analytical components (feature engineering, data quality, model metrics) — Basic understanding of Operations Research methods for dialogue with algorithm developers — Skills in building economic justifications (ROI, TCO, cost-to-serve) — Basic data analysis skills for hypothesis validation — Modeling tools: Draw.io, PlantUml, Miro or similar — Yandex.Tracker Axenix, Yandex.Wiki Axenix (or Jira, Confluence) — Basic understanding of web application architecture, backend services, and ML pipelines — Business analysis tools: gap analysis, business object modeling — Certifications in system or business analysis (IIBA CBAP, CCBA, BABOK courses) — Training in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Operations Research
