Software Engineer Team Leader - Data Pipeline

We are looking for a Software Engineer Team Lead to guide a talented team in building and evolving our Data pipeline team. This team develops modern, cloud-native production systems that process terabytes of data daily. This role will be at least 50% hands on. Requirements At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role. At least 5 years of software development experience At least 2 years of experience developing and operating Rust-based systems in production-MUST0 Experience working on data-intensive applications. Experience with kafka Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
