Position: Financial manager
Location: Remote
An international payment company with stable projects in various currencies is looking for a strong financial manager to become the right hand of the CFO and help support processes as the business grows.
Responsibilities:
- Support the CFO on operational and financial matters.
- Prepare financial statements and analytics.
- Control the company's cash flow.
- Participate in financial planning and budgeting.
- Work with payment providers, banks, and financial partners.
- Analyze financial indicators and prepare management reports.
- Participate in the automation and improvement of financial processes.
- Interact with internal company departments on financial matters.
Requirements:
- From 3 years of experience as a Financial Manager in the payment industry
- Basic knowledge of documentation and workflow
- Acquiring experience is mandatory
- Experience with cryptocurrency operations
- Understanding of financial processes in fintech companies.
- Strong analytical skills and systems thinking.
- Desire to develop and grow with the business.
- High level of independence and responsibility.
- Russian language - fluent.
- English language - sufficient for working with documentation and business correspondence.
