Product Manager

BotConversa | Senior Lead Level |Remote Worldwide

BotConversa is a platform for automating communication and sales on WhatsApp for small and medium-sized businesses in LatAm. I am looking for a strong product leader who will develop BotConversa as a smart WhatsApp hub: from automating support to lead generation and sales based on AI/LLM. This is a newly established role, part of the functionality will be transferred from the founder.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager in SaaS or technology products.
• Experience working with the LatAm market
• Practical experience with LLM/AI (ChatGPT, integration of AI models).
• Strong command of product research and hypothesis validation methods: custdev, JTBD, A/B testing.
• Solid analytical skills: GA, Amplitude, Mixpanel, basic SQL.
• Experience working with agile (Scrum/Kanban).
• Ability to establish processes, prioritize, and deliver results.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent English; Portuguese is a strong plus.

• Experience with chatbot, marketing automation, or AI-driven products.
• Background in startups or fast-scaling SaaS companies.
