Salary: €1500 per month Schedule: Rotating (2 days work / 2 days off), 12 hours per shift, with mandatory presence in the office (including night shifts). Experience: Not required — we provide full training.

What you will be doing:

— Verifying user-provided data and documents against company rules. — Responding to customer emails in the HelpDesk system, providing clear and helpful consultations. — Handling non-standard situations and making decisions according to internal regulations. — Collaborating with colleagues from different departments to quickly resolve work-related issues.
