Employment Mentor (Java)

Online school sorokin.school is looking for a Java backend developer (Middle+) to join their team. We need a practicing developer who can help clients get an offer.

Our clients have already completed the full program (Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, databases, projects). They are motivated and engaged — you won't have to explain the basics. All you need is your expertise in interviews and job placement.

What needs to be done: ● Conduct several mock interviews and help close gaps. ● Create a narrative with the student based on their experience or from scratch and test it. ● Provide support during interviews: give feedback on failures, offer advice. ● Push them to pass interviews and partially accompany them during the probation period.

Who we are looking for: ● A current Java backend developer (Middle+) — with experience working in companies, an inside understanding of interviews, and real-world production experience. ● Willing to share knowledge and support newcomers. ● Ready to mentor up to 5 students in parallel (workload is adjustable, can be combined with your main job).

Conditions: ● Remote work ● Flexible schedule, depends on your free time ● Payment is a fixed amount + % of the offer. You can get an average of 80k for one student.
