We are looking for a Java developer to join our team.

📍 Location: Minsk.

🕐 Format: full-time, 5/2

💼 Level: Junior / Junior+ (jun-middle)

🛠 Stack: .Java 11, Spring Boot, Maven, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, Redis / KeyDB, JUnit 4/5, Mockito, WireMock, Azure Pipelines, HashiCorp Nomad

A young team-company founded in Minsk. We work in three areas: client projects (outsourcing/outstaffing), turnkey projects, and our own products, which we actively develop.

👤 Who we are looking for Only candidates from Minsk/Belarus!

We consider candidates without commercial experience (but "no experience" ≠ "no skills")

Required: Java (OOP, collections)

Git and understanding how to work with a repository in a team

Bonus points for: multithreading, SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Docker

English is required at a conversational level

🔄 The hiring process is simple and clear:

Communication, introduction (TG fraterpavlo)

A small test for a few hours. (we send it right before you start. there are no time or tool restrictions)

Interview in Google Meet. (you need to be able to share your screen and open the task. the technical part will be based on it)

Probationary period ~2 weeks
