Hiring employees for Junior and Middle Java Backend Developer positions.

Tasks:

• Development and enhancement of backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Implementation of full-cycle tasks: from requirement analysis to deploying changes to the production environment.
• Development and support of REST API.
• Participation in the development of microservice architecture for projects.
• Integration with internal and external systems.
• Work with message brokers, including Kafka.
• Work with PostgreSQL, Redis, and other backend infrastructure components.
• Participation in setting up logging, monitoring, and alerting.
• Analysis of incidents, troubleshooting, and optimizing service performance.
• Interaction with the DevOps team on CI/CD, containerization, and service deployment.

Requirements:

• Commercial experience in backend development with Java at the Junior/Middle level.
• Strong knowledge of Java 17/21
• Willingness to work with current Java versions, including Java 25.
• Experience developing with Spring / Spring Boot.
• Experience designing and developing REST API.
• Understanding of microservice architecture principles.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
• Experience working with message brokers: Kafka or equivalents.
• Experience working with Docker.
• Understanding of CI/CD principles.
• Experience working with Git.
• Ability to independently analyze technical problems, understand incident causes, and propose viable solutions.

Will be an advantage:

• Experience with Kafka.
• Experience with MinIO.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience setting up or using monitoring via Grafana and Prometheus.
• Experience participating in the design of backend service architecture.
• Experience working with services where stability, fault tolerance, and performance are critical.
