Compass Payment Developer — Andersen

We are looking for a Compass Payment Developer to join the Andersen team — an international IT company uniting over 3,500 specialists.
You will be responsible for developing payment processes and integrations, ensuring the correctness of financial transactions, and enhancing the reliability of payment systems.
💻 Tech Stack
Compass Payment, API, integrations with external systems.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance payment processes on Compass Payment.
- Create and maintain integrations with external systems.
- Work with payment statuses, error handling, and retry requests.
- Analyze logs, fix errors, and participate in investigating production incidents.
- Participate in testing, releases, and code reviews.
- Interact with QA, analysts, architects, and developers.
Requirements:
- Commercial experience with Compass Payment/TranzAxis/TranzWare for at least 3 years.
- Experience in developing payment processes and integrations on the platform.
- Understanding of the payment solution architecture and the full lifecycle of a payment transaction.
- Experience with APIs, log analysis, and troubleshooting in a payment infrastructure.
- Understanding of requirements for reliability and correctness of financial operations.
- Willingness for a long-term business trip to Almaty (Kazakhstan) to work from the client's office.
- English — Pre-Intermediate+.
Will be a plus: experience in banking, payment, or FinTech projects.
