SERM/SEO Manager

We are looking for a specialist to help grow organic traffic and manage brand reputation across Google, AI/LLM search, App Store, Google Play, and external platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop SEO strategies for international markets; • Work with semantics, content, and link building; • Improve brand search visibility and manage search reputation; • Analyze SERP, competitors, and growth opportunities; • Work with reviews, review platforms, and ASO; • Identify and eliminate reputational threats (fake websites, clones, phishing, etc.); • Prepare analytics and recommendations for the business.

Requirements:

• Experience in SEO / SERM / ORM / Reputation Management; • Understanding of search algorithms, content SEO, and link promotion; • Experience with semantics, content plans, and analytics; • English proficiency for working with international markets.

Will be a plus:

• International experience; • AI Search / LLM Visibility / AEO / GEO; • Ahrefs, Semrush, Similarweb, GSC, GA, AppTweak, Sensor Tower; • Experience in dating, fintech, iGaming, subscription-based products.
