Senior Go Developer

The Andersen team is developing a high-load distributed platform for an international company in the financial and insurance services sector.

The project focuses on security, scalability, and reliable architecture.

We are looking for a Senior Go Developer who will become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Identity & Access Management and will build secure authentication processes from scratch and for scaling.

🔐 Responsibilities: • Design and develop identity services (SSO, MFA, session management, federation). • Write clean, concurrent, and high-performance Go code. • Work with OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT, Keycloak, AWS Cognito. • Act as an internal security expert: conduct security reviews and threat modeling. • Mentor engineers and participate in shaping the technical roadmap.

⚡️ Must-haves: • 7+ years in backend development, including 5+ years of solid Go + gRPC experience. • Deep understanding of IAM, OAuth2, OIDC, JWT, cryptography, and session management. (3+ years of experience) • Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, IaC (Terraform / Terragrunt / OpenTofu). • Understanding of OWASP Top 10, secure coding principles, and federated identity. • English at Upper-Intermediate level (fluent communication with international teams).

🌍 Locations: Albania, Azerbaijan, EU, Georgia, Macedonia, Serbia, Slovenia.
