🚀 About the company and the project: International outsourcing/outstaffing company, ~3000 people, almost 20 years in the market. Clients include well-known brands: Siemens, Johnson & Johnson, Samsung, BNP Paribas, Mercedes, Allianz, TUI, Ryanair, Verivox, T-Systems, etc.
Project: a German insurance company, a large, high-load platform for insurance, with many integrations. New modules are currently being developed. The contract is signed for 12 months, the client is large, and an extension is expected. The person is hired by the company, not for a specific project.
Team: 9–13 people — Product Owner, Project Managers, Business Analysts, System Analysts, Go Developers, QA, DevOps somewhere. Processes — Agile/Scrum.
💻 Responsibilities: • Project for this role: real-time cross-selling platform for insurance — personalized offers, policies, claims, integrations with payments, KYC, risk scoring.
⚡️Must-have: • 5+ years of commercial development, with 2+ years in a leadership role; • Higher education. What should be in the experience: • Designing scalable distributed backend systems in Go; • Concurrency patterns (goroutines, channels, sync primitives); • System design for high load; • CI/CD (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins); • Experience with code review for senior engineers; • Working with Product Managers: translating business tasks into technical plans; • Experience communicating with external stakeholders; • Commercial experience with AI tools; • English B2 or higher.
💫 Conditions: • Fixed salary, discussed individually based on interview results; • Work on company equipment MAC (mandatory, provided); • Fixed working hours 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM German time. Remote format from almost anywhere in the world, full-time employment; • Employment format according to Labor Code — in countries where the company has a legal entity (Poland, Germany, Lithuania, Cyprus, Hungary, UAE, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Ukraine): full social package, paid vacation, salary at 100% during breaks between projects. B2B contract — in other countries; • Additional income: up to $1000 gross/month for additional activities; • Salary review: once a year; • Career development (Departments + Resource Manager: each employee has a dedicated person); • Relocation: assistance with obtaining a residence permit (volume depends on the country — for example, full support in Poland, partial in Georgia).
