We are looking for an Integration & Automation Engineer (Workato · Make migration) Level: Senior / Mid Employment: Full-time Location: preferably Europe Work methods: Outstaff on T&M Project description: High-profile med-tech project — next-gen patient platform for the Dutch and German markets. Replaces legacy smartcard systems with software-defined authentication (Dutch LSP + German Telematikinfrastruktur). Not a low-code role — a strong backend engineer is needed: API design, debugging, security, system architecture. Must have: — Workato + Make (migration between them) — Experience in a regulated environment: healthcare, fintech or gov Nice to have: — HL7 FHIR, HSM signing, NEN 7510 / GDPR — Dutch or German language — Location in Europe.
