Sports Marketing Operations Manager (iGaming)

What needs to be done: • Maintain a calendar of key sports events: football, UFC, tennis, basketball, esports, etc., considering GEO and business goals. • Plan and coordinate preparations for major events, seasons, and promo launches. • Organize the work of Product, CRM, Retention, Affiliate, Media Buying, Content, Design, Analytics, VIP, and Support teams. • Set tasks, monitor deadlines, dependencies, and campaign readiness. • Coordinate bonus mechanics, tournaments, landing pages, content, CRM activities, and special offers. • Conduct regular syncs, escalate risks, and improve preparation processes. • Analyze the sports calendar, trends, competitors, and campaign results together with analysts.

Who we are looking for: • 2+ years of experience in Project / Marketing / Marketing Operations Management or a similar role. • Experience in sports marketing or marketing projects related to sports events. • Ability to manage cross-functional projects and work with multiple teams simultaneously. • Strong planning, prioritization, deadline control, and communication skills. • Experience with ClickUp, Jira, Asana, Monday, or similar tools. • Understanding of the Sportsbook industry and international sports events. • English: B1-B2+.
