🚀 Nexters is looking for a Head of User Acquisition

We make Hero Wars - 250M+ players and $2.5B+ revenue - and now we are looking for someone to take UA to the next level. You will be responsible for attracting users to Hero Wars: Dominion Era: scaling paid channels, managing 7-figure monthly budgets, testing bold hypotheses, and leading a team of up to 15 people.

What we are looking for: ✔️ strong experience in performance / UA ✔️ thinking in terms of CAC, LTV, ROI, not just CTR ✔️ experience with digital products ✔️ team management experience
