Jana Post is a Kazakh IT logistics company that delivers goods and parcels from China to Kazakhstan and other Central Asian countries, including Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, as well as Mongolia. The company develops modern digital solutions for e-commerce and logistics, integrating online shopping, warehouse infrastructure, and delivery into a single technological platform. Job description: Java 17+, Spring Boot (Spring MVC / WebFlux), microservice architecture, REST API Kafka / message brokers, multithreading PostgreSQL + NoSQL (Redis, Elasticsearch) Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD Prometheus / logging and monitoring Git, Maven — commercial Java development experience of 5+ years — deep understanding of JVM (memory, GC, profiling) — confident knowledge of OOP, SOLID — experience in designing and developing microservice architecture — experience with Kafka or other message brokers — experience with PostgreSQL (query optimization, indexing) — understanding of multithreading and asynchronous processing

Will be a plus: — experience with Kubernetes / Docker — CI/CD configuration experience — understanding of highload systems — mentoring or technical leadership experience
