🚀 We are looking for a Senior Creative Editor to take ownership of the creative and editorial direction of all marketing communications. This role is perfect for someone who combines strong writing and editing skills with strategic thinking, understands how content drives business results, and wants to influence not only the quality of content but also the way it is created and scaled.

What you'll do

Create and edit marketing content across multiple formats:

• landing pages
• SEO articles
• advertorials
• website copy
• paid ads
• social media
• presentations
• lead magnets
• conference materials

Own the content production process from idea to publication. Build and maintain content plans, including the SEO blog. Analyze competitors and identify opportunities to improve messaging and positioning. Create conversion-focused copy that supports every stage of the customer journey. Develop and maintain a consistent Tone of Voice across all channels. Improve and document content workflows to support efficient scaling.

What we're looking for

• 4–5+ years of experience in content, copywriting, or editorial roles within marketing.
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English and Russian.
• Strong understanding of conversion copywriting, customer journeys, and messaging.
• Ability to analyze competitors and translate insights into actionable content improvements.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Marketing, SEO, PPC, and Creative teams.
• Confident use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) as productivity assistants while maintaining high editorial quality.
• Ownership mindset and ability to independently drive content initiatives from concept to delivery.

Nice to have

• Experience in FinTech, iGaming, or B2B SaaS.
• Experience supporting product launches and GTM campaigns.
• Experience working with high-volume content production and managing freelance writers or contributors.
