Middle+ Frontend Developer (React / Next.js)

Level: Middle and above (not junior)

Employment Type: Part-time contract (20 hours per week, 2–3 months)

SpeakUp is an international AI Matching App that connects speakers and experts with conferences, podcasters, and media.

The platform allows searching, filtering, matching, and booking speakers using AI ranking. The product includes a main web application for users and a separate admin center for managing users, events, analytics, and moderation.

Responsibilities

• Development and enhancement of the main web application
• Development and enhancement of the admin center (dashboards, moderation, analytics)
• Implementation of complex UI logic (AI matching, filters, CRM modules)
• Integration of REST and WebSocket APIs
• Adaptive and responsive layout (desktop, tablet, mobile)
• Performance optimization and Core Web Vitals
• Support for scalable component architecture and clean TypeScript code
• Interaction with the backend team (FastAPI)

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial frontend experience (minimum Middle)
• React in production
• Strong knowledge of Next.js (SSR, routing, optimization)
• TypeScript – mandatory
• REST + WebSocket
• State management (Redux / Zustand etc.)
• Experience in developing SaaS / dashboards
• Adaptive layout
• GitHub (PR, code review)
• English – Upper-Intermediate and above
