OperAI — Frontend Developer

OperAI is an interactive AI-based system for managing a company's operational activities. We transform the chaos in chats, meetings, calendars, tasks, and documents into a clear picture of what is actually happening in the business.

Our goal is to create a "second brain for the CEO": to eliminate operational chaos, make processes transparent, manageable, and understandable for the leader.

We are currently at the MVP stage: launching with pilot teams, gathering feedback, and rapidly refining the product for real-world use cases.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Middle / Senior frontend developer who will take on the development of the OperAI user interface: web application, dashboards, work screens, interfaces for tasks, meetings, reports, analytics, and other use cases.

We need a person who can not only "layout mockups" but also think product-wise: how a leader can quickly understand what's happening in the company, where the risks are, which tasks are stuck, and what needs attention.

What will you be doing?

• Developing the OperAI web interface for managers • Creating dashboards: tasks, meetings, reports, risks, follow-ups, key signals. • Designing user-friendly scenarios together with the founders and backend developer. • Integrating the frontend with REST API. • Working with states: data loading, errors, empty states, filters, search. • Creating interfaces for working with AI results: summaries, insights, recommendations, priorities. • Participating in the creation of a design system and reusable components. • Quickly building and improving MVP screens based on feedback from pilot clients. • Participating in discussions about product architecture and user experience.

What we expect from you?

• Solid command of JavaScript / TypeScript. • Experience with React. • Experience developing SPAs / web applications with personal accounts, dashboards, or complex interfaces. • Understanding of working with REST API. • Ability to carefully manage application state. • Good understanding of HTML, CSS, adaptive layout. • Ability to create interfaces that are not only beautiful but also understandable to the user. • Ability to grasp product logic and suggest improvements. • Readiness to work in an early-stage environment where many things change rapidly.

Will be a plus

• Experience with Next.js. • Experience with Telegram Mini Apps. • Experience developing B2B SaaS, CRM, ERP, BI, task trackers, or internal operational systems. • Experience with UI kits / design systems. • Experience with Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, Ant Design, or similar libraries. • Understanding of UX for complex work interfaces. • Interest in AI products, LLMs, agents, and workflow automation. • Startup experience.
