Who are we looking for?
You are a Middle-Senior Fullstack JS Developer who wants not just to "write code," but to build architecture, choose the product's development path, solve complex problems, and influence the product from the very first lines of code.
We need someone who gets excited about:
- Influencing the product and business, not just the code.
- Not having a huge legacy; everything is being written practically from scratch.
- Openly proposing and discussing tools and approaches.
- Working directly with the CTO and founders, not through 5 levels of managers.
- Every line of your code becoming a real feature that live clients will use tomorrow.
- Independently working on substantial tasks.
We don't need a "perfect" candidate; rather, we value "energy," high involvement, genuine interest, adequacy, and a desire to understand. We'll build the rest together.
What will you be doing?
- Developing and launching features in JavaScript (it's important to be able to write maintainable code).
- Working with integrations: messengers, CRM, online booking, AI.
- Building architecture — from the database to the front-end.
- Optimizing performance and scalability.
- Participating in discussions and decision-making for product.
- Experience with Next.js and TypeScript will be a plus. Ability to write maintainable code.
