What will you be doing:
- managing a team consisting of DS, DE, MLOps
- adhering to the requirements and standards of the bank's production process;
- interacting with project managers and internal customers;
- participating in architectural decisions regarding the implementation of models and data for modeling;
- estimating effort and deadlines, performing task decomposition for the team;
- monitoring the quality and deadlines of task completion;
- performing Code Review, participating in acceptance testing.
What we expect from a specialist?
- at least 5 years of experience as an MLOps Engineer with a desire to grow into a leadership position or at least 2 years of experience as a Team Lead/IT Team Lead and at least 3 years of experience in a Data Engineer role within a team;
- experience in Python development;
- knowledge in the field of Big Data (Hadoop, Spark);
- experience with databases, strong SQL knowledge;
- understanding of Agile development methodologies;
- understanding of CI/CD, Gitflow, release management principles.
Will be a plus:
- knowledge of process schedulers (AirFlow);
- knowledge of containerization technologies (Kubernetes);
- experience in developing and/or implementing ML models into business processes;
- understanding of IT system integration methods.
