We are an international IT company creating a multi-user B2C product in the entertainment online platforms sector. We are developing a complex ecosystem with a large volume of user data and are looking for a strong BI/Data Analyst to help build transparent analytics, enhance product solutions, and form a reliable reporting system.
Responsibilities:
- Building a unified BI system and analytical reporting architecture.
- Preparing daily, weekly, and strategic reports for product and operational teams.
- Analyzing user behavior, key metrics, and growth dynamics.
- Forming conclusions and recommendations for product decision-making.
- Working with data in a highly competitive consumer environment where accuracy and speed impact business results.
We expect:
- Experience in analytics within digital entertainment / online consumer products / high-volume B2C platforms.
- Deep understanding of product analytics, user flows, and retention metrics.
- Confident work with SQL and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, or equivalents).
- Skills in building automated reporting and dashboards "for different levels" – from daily KPIs to strategic reviews.
- Experience in environments with a fast pace of change and large data volumes.
- English at a level that allows comfortable work with datasets, BI tools, and documentation.
