- At least 2 years of experience with Java 8+
- Experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring Data
- Experience with message brokers — Apache Kafka, etc.
- Ability to write unit and integration tests
- Understanding of principles for writing maintainable and scalable code — SOLID, DRY, KISS, YAGNI
- Experience in designing RESTful API
- Knowledge of microservice architecture patterns

- Development of new end-to-end features — from elaborating requirements with an analyst to deployment in production. You own the feature entirely, not just write code according to a specification
- Designing and developing architecture — participation in architectural decisions, choosing approaches, proactive improvement of existing systems
- Integrations with banking systems — Remote Banking Services channels, internal bank systems, Amity Chain blockchain. Complex integrations require decision-making autonomy
- Code review and mentoring — maintaining a high standard of code quality in the team, helping colleagues grow
- Support and development of existing code — not just fixing bugs, but improving the system, eliminating technical debt, increasing reliability
- Working in conditions of uncertainty — the tokenized assets market is young, requirements are changing, the ability to adapt quickly and propose solutions is needed
