We are looking for a Motion Designer for an international Sweepstakes project — a person who knows how to create dynamic advertising creatives and use AI not just as a tool, but as part of the workflow.

What to do: • 🎬 Advertising videos and creatives for Sweepstakes • 🤖 AI-generated video & content: Midjourney, Runway, Pika, Kling, Sora • 🎮 Animation of interfaces, game processes, win effects, and visual effects • ⚡️ Dynamic editing and strong hooks in the first seconds • 🎨 Color correction, compositing, stabilization, retouching • 📱 Adapting videos for different platforms and formats • 🔄 Quick edits and multiple creative iterations

What's important: • From 1 year of experience in Motion Design • After Effects + Premiere Pro + Photoshop • Experience in creating advertising videos • AI video/image generation • Lip-sync, voice cloning / synchronization of voice and video • Understanding of advertising mechanics: bonuses, cashback, free spins, deposits, wins & withdrawals

🎰 Will be a big plus: Gambling / iGaming / Sweepstakes, affiliate or media buying, Facebook Ads / TikTok Ads, understanding of retention and attention psychology.
