Calling all Project Managers from the EdTech world!

I’m currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to join Constructor, and this time, I’m especially keen to connect with people who already know the Education / EdTech industry from the inside.

🌍 The good news: we’re hiring across Europe!

We’re looking for someone who has managed complex IT projects end-to-end and worked directly with external clients: ideally schools, universities, educational institutions, EdTech companies, or other organizations in the education ecosystem.

Your background could be in EdTech, educational software, LMS/LXP platforms, system integration, consulting, or implementation projects for education clients.

What matters most is that you:

• have strong end-to-end IT project management experience
• have worked directly with external customers
• understand the Education / EdTech environment
• are comfortable managing scope, timelines, risks, resources, and multiple stakeholders
• can combine structured project management with a hands-on, fast-moving approach
