Compliance Manager | Sweepstakes Casino | Remote
We are looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to join a fast-growing Sweepstakes Casino operation.
This is a hands-on role with significant ownership, responsible for building, improving, and overseeing compliance processes across the business.

💰 Salary: €6,000 + bonuses
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and maintain internal compliance policies, procedures, and controls
- Monitor regulatory developments within Sweepstakes, Social Casino, and US online gaming markets
- Oversee KYC, player verification, responsible gaming, and compliance-related workflows
- Identify operational, regulatory, and reputational risks
- Support investigations, audits, incident reviews, and risk assessments
- Work closely with management, legal, operations, CRM, customer support, and external partners
- Implement practical risk mitigation measures and improve internal processes
Requirements:
- 4+ years of Compliance experience within iGaming, Sweepstakes, Social Casino, or Online Gaming
- Hands-on experience with US iGaming regulations is mandatory 🇺🇸
- Strong understanding of the US gaming regulatory landscape
- Experience with KYC/AML, payments, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming
- Experience drafting compliance policies, SOPs, and regulatory documentation
- Experience managing compliance teams or external vendors
- Fluent English
Nice to Have:
- Sweepstakes Casino experience
- Experience in gray-market or complex regulatory environments
- Fraud prevention and operational risk management experience
- Experience supporting audits and compliance investigations
