Product Marketing & Growth Analyst (Trainee)

🔍 We are looking for a Product Marketing & Growth Analyst (Trainee)

The vacancy is not related to social media management or SMM. The main focus is on analytics, research, metrics, hypotheses, and product development.

‼️ Location: Belarus.

❗ What is important:

• English language from B1+.
• Basic knowledge of marketing, analytics, or product management (education, courses, or self-study).
• Interest in products, numbers, and research.
• Confident in using Excel / Google Sheets.
• Ability to search for information, structure it, and draw conclusions.
• Initiative, curiosity, and a desire to learn quickly.

‼️ We are primarily considering candidates who:

• Have launched their own pet projects.
• Have tried to sell, promote, or develop something independently.
• Have participated in hackathons, startups, case championships, or student projects.
• Actively use AI tools in their studies, work, or personal projects.

For us, this is an indicator of initiative, entrepreneurial thinking, and readiness to bring ideas to fruition.

❗ What you will be doing:

• Market and competitor analysis.
• Marketing and product analytics.
• Working with metrics and reporting.
• Researching users and their needs.
• Finding insights and hypotheses for product growth.
• Testing new ideas and evaluating results.
• Using AI tools in daily work.

❗ How we work: We don't build multi-month research for the sake of research. We work through rapid hypotheses and prototypes. For us, the speed of idea validation and the quality of conclusions are more important than perfect research.
