Project Manager wanted in IT

We are building MoonAI inc., a platform for creating AI agents. We are growing rapidly and have closed our pre-seed round. We operate in the CIS region and are expanding into MENA and LATAM. The product is strong, the engineering team is strong, but releases and cross-functional coordination need to run like clockwork. We need someone to take this on.

We need a strong middle PM who can maintain release tempo, build sprints and roadmaps without chaos, be on equal footing with engineers and product managers, understand discovery and delivery, and can decompose large initiatives into manageable chunks and deliver them to production on time.

Someone who thinks not in tickets, but in business results, sees the connection between a feature and a metric, can protect the team from junk tasks, and resolve blockers before they become fires. Experience in product IT companies is mandatory, experience in AI/SaaS is a plus.

This is not a corporate position; expect 60-70 hours per week. For those who love a high pace, responsibility, and results. This is an opportunity to become a key person in the IT department of a strong AI startup with global ambitions.
