Job Title: Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

Our client is an AI technology company building data-driven solutions for fintech and lending businesses, focused on real-time decisioning and predictive analytics.

As a QA Automation Specialist, your goal is to improve testing speed, efficiency, and coverage by automating repetitive and complex test scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated test scripts
• Ensure test coverage is reliable, reusable, and scalable
• Build, Maintain, and enhance existing automation frameworks
• Execute automated test suites and analyze results
• Debug and optimize automation scripts
• Identify, log, and track defects
• Report on automation coverage, effectiveness, and risks
• Collaborate with developers to identify automation opportunities
• Support performance, load, and stress testing
• Continuously improve automation processes and tools
• Stay current with automation trends and best practices

Requirements

• 3–5 years of QA experience, including test automation
• Strong programming skills
• JavaScript / TypeScript preferred
• Java, C#, or Python also acceptable
• Experience with Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or similar
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools: GitHub Actions, Jenkins
• Experience with Git and version control
• Solid understanding of web technologies and databases
• Experience with test automation frameworks
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication skills (especially written English)
