Anyone who has rented long-term in London or the UK has likely experienced endless WhatsApp chats, canceled viewings, and missed apartments.

And the few who managed to snag a coveted one-bedroom for £3k a month may know about the next level — complaint emails usually just pile up in the agency's inbox 🤩

Dwelly wants to fix this and is optimizing every step of renting in the UK — they already have 100+ agencies under ownership and a total of more than 10,000 properties under management. And they recently announced a Series A investment round from General Catalyst, Begin Capital, and others for $93M 🤯

We are looking for a senior engineer to maintain and enhance the payment system: we need someone with experience in financial systems (it's especially great if you understand accounting system reconciliation) 🖥

You will need to write in Node.js/TS, + touch legacy PHP 🥺 (ideally, the perfect candidate is fairly agnostic about the stack)

In addition to platform development, you will take on architecture design, migration to a modern stack, and will be able to directly influence the product and business. Full remote, you need to be not too far from London in terms of timezone (they arrange b2b, but if you are already in the UK, they can do a skilled worker visa).
