Master Data Engineer / Data Engineer

☑️ Responsibilities
- Design operational storage structures and master data models
- Develop data loading, processing, storage, and transfer processes
- Create batch and streaming integrations between information systems
- Configure change data capture from source systems, including CDC mechanisms
- Implement data normalization, matching, deduplication, and consolidation rules
- Ensure the storage of master data change history
- Prepare data for transfer to DWH and other consumer systems
- Develop data quality checks, technical and business reconciliations
- Configure monitoring, logging, and error handling
- Analyze the causes of discrepancies, delays, and failures in integration processes
- Participate in the selection of architectural and technological solutions
- Support and develop implemented solutions in production
☑️ Candidate Requirements
- Proficient SQL skills
- Python development experience
- Experience in designing data storage structures and models
- Experience in creating ETL or ELT processes
- Understanding of batch and streaming data processing principles
- Understanding of integration patterns and data transfer methods between systems
- Skills in working with relational DBMS
- Understanding of data integrity and consistency mechanisms
- Experience in configuring logging, monitoring, and error handling
- Ability to independently develop a technical solution and bring it to production
- Will be a plus:
- Experience with Kafka, Flink, or Debezium
- Practical experience in implementing CDC processes
- Experience developing processes in Apache Airflow
- Experience with ClickHouse
- Participation in the creation of MDM solutions, master systems, or operational storages
- Experience implementing matching, deduplication, and consolidation rules
- Experience building data quality control systems and automated reconciliations
- Understanding of event-driven architecture
- Experience integrating with APIs, message brokers, and external information systems
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, and containerization
