We are looking for junior specialists to create and develop products and services at T-Bank. A Business Analyst combines the skills of an analyst, an entrepreneur, and a strategic consultant.
Tasks:
- Brainstorm problems and generate ideas
- Bring ideas to life — set technical specifications for developers and build processes
- Present business performance information in a clear and concise way
- Build forecasts and models for the company's operations
- Engage in diverse tasks — from implementing new technological processes to building financial models
- Manage projects and optimize the work of colleagues involved in routine operations
- Communicate with colleagues, discuss problems and ways to solve them
Requirements:
- Higher technical or fundamental education (incomplete from the 4th year is acceptable) — preferably MSU, MIPT, and HSE
- Ability to work with large volumes of data
- Possess an analytical mindset and the ability to get to the root of problems
- Demonstrate diligence and determination, and the ability to complete tasks
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, and basic machine learning will be a plus
