SMT Operator

Job Description

PCB Technologies is looking for an SMT operator to work at a modern printed circuit board manufacturing and assembly facility in Migdal HaEmek. Responsibilities include working on the SMT (Surface Mount Technology) line, operating modern production equipment, performing basic equipment setup, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Working with a DEK stencil printer for solder paste application.
• Operating SIEMENS component placers.
• Performing regular maintenance on SMT equipment.
• Working with a HELLER reflow oven.
• Identifying electronic components and setting production parameters.
• Identifying and resolving minor equipment malfunctions.

Requirements

• Technical background.
• Knowledge of electronic components.
• Experience as an SMT equipment operator – mandatory.
• Responsibility, attentiveness, and teamwork skills.
