Data Analyst

🚀 Aitas KZ is looking for a Middle+ Data Analyst. Almaty, Astana cities.

We are strengthening our analytics department and looking for a specialist who will help turn data into understandable insights and support data-driven decision-making.

🔹 Responsibilities:

• Collect, process, and analyze data from various sources.
• Generate analytical selections and data marts.
• Conduct factor and comparative analysis of indicators.
• Verify data accuracy and identify errors.
• Prepare analytical conclusions and recommendations for the business.
• Collaborate with methodological analysts and BI developers for correct data interpretation and visualization.

🔹 What we are looking for:

• Specialist with experience in data analytics.
• Proficient in SQL and understanding of database operations.
• Experience with Python / Power Query or similar tools.
• Knowledge of basic and applied statistics.
• Understanding of DWH / Data Platform.
• Understanding of business metrics and KPIs.
