ABOUT THE TEAM
Marketing analytics at Higgsfield AI helps to evaluate acquisition efficiency and allocate budget between paid channels, influencers, and organic. We work with marketing, product, and finance, connect expenses with revenue, and look for growth points. We are looking for an analyst who can understand the reasons for changes and translate analysis into budget decisions.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Evaluate the effectiveness of paid acquisition, influencer campaigns, and organic channels: CAC, ROMI, payback, and channel contribution to revenue.
- Analyze campaign and creative performance by audiences, geographies, and cohorts, identify reasons for changes, and suggest next tests.
- Prepare recommendations for marketing budget allocation, considering the quality of acquired users, payback periods, and data limitations.
- Work with attribution: reconcile data from ad accounts, trackers, and internal systems, analyze discrepancies, and account for limitations of different models.
- Evaluate marketing incrementality: formulate hypotheses, design control groups, and separate campaign effects from organic demand.
- Build and maintain reporting on channels, campaigns, and creatives, check completeness and correctness of data on expenses and conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on experiment planning and translate analysis results into specific campaign changes.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of experience in marketing or performance analytics.
- Proficient in SQL and Python for data preparation, metric calculation, and hypothesis testing.
- Understanding of acquisition economics: CAC, ROMI, LTV, cohort payback, and the link between expenses and revenue.

Understanding of ad platforms and analytics/attribution systems like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Google Analytics.
Understanding of statistics and experiment principles, ability to distinguish correlation from causation.
Attention to data quality and willingness to independently resolve discrepancies between sources.
Ability to formulate conclusions and defend budget recommendations based on data.
WILL BE A PLUS
- Experience in analytics for subscription products, mobile apps, or performance marketing in international markets.
- Experience evaluating influencer campaigns and marketing channel incrementality.
- Understanding of product funnels and the connection between acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
