🕹 Responsibilities:

— Determine what drives activation, retention, and payments for 35M+ users

— Create playbooks, select metrics, and test hypotheses at a scale of $1B ARR

— Understand why a metric has changed and verify if a new feature has truly improved the product

— Independently formulate hypotheses, conduct experiments, and bring conclusions to the launch of changes

🕹 Candidate Requirements:

— 2+ years in product analytics

— Proficient SQL

— Knowledge of statistics, A/B tests, funnels, and cohort analysis

— Experience in analyzing activation, retention, and monetization

— Willingness to work 6 days a week

$100,000-$350,000 per year + option program
