Tasks: • collection and formalization of business requirements, description of business processes • preparation of technical specifications, user stories, use cases • tasking the IT team (reports, dashboards, integrations) • requirements for AI functions and their adaptation to customer data • participation in testing and implementation, presentations for customers Requirements: ✅ experience from 2 years as a business analyst, analyst, or project coordinator ✅ higher education (economics, finance, management, IT, mathematics) ✅ understanding of management reporting and AI capabilities in business systems ➕ plus: BI, financial analytics, SQL, Python Conditions: employment according to the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, stable salary
