Requirements for candidates for free training:
- Completed higher or secondary vocational (specialized) education.
- Basic Java knowledge.
- Understanding of Git and how to work with it.
- Willingness to undergo an internship at ASTON.
How the path to IT works for you:
Stages 1 and 2: Start and Immersion (ONLINE)
- Format: free online training at your own pace. We provide all materials and platform access + once a week in the evening, a session with a tutor;
- Schedule: flexible. You can combine training with your current job, studies, or other commitments. All you need is desire and diligence.
- Duration: 3 months.
- Goal: to lay a solid foundation of knowledge.
Stage 3: Laboratory Internship (FULL-TIME)
- Format: full working day (from 9:00 to 18:00 Moscow time).
- Duration: 3-4 months, until assignment to a commercial project.
- Location: for candidates from cities where we have an office, office attendance is mandatory. For candidates from other cities, remote format.
Final Stage: Employment
- After successfully completing the internship, you will receive a job offer from ASTON with a salary starting from 60,000 RUB (amount is before tax deduction).
