We are currently looking for a Senior Golang Developer to join the Financial Services team.
This is a system-level direction within the company's ecosystem with startup dynamics: short cycles, minimal bureaucracy, fast releases, and a focus on customer value.
We are creating financial services that make payments, savings, loyalty rewards, and fund management simpler and more profitable. All of this is seamlessly integrated into the daily purchases and online services of Magnit, while the complex architecture and partner integrations remain "under the hood".
The scale is millions of users. The product directly impacts key business financial metrics and improves the daily customer experience. This is not about "feature development," but about end-to-end solutions with a measurable impact.
Tech Stack: Go, Kafka, Postgres, Kubernetes, Docker
What you will be doing
- Developing financial services for the Magnit ecosystem
- Creating new services "from scratch," working out the architecture and implementing integrations with partners and internal products
- Participating in the full development cycle: from receiving a task to deploying to production and checking metrics
- Building fault-tolerant systems with 99.95% SLA and p99 response time < 100ms
- Conducting Code reviews within the team
- Writing autotests
What we expect
- 3+ years of commercial Go development experience
- 5+ years of commercial backend development experience
- Understanding of HTTP/GRPC protocols
- Knowledge of database internals
