Hello everyone!

We are looking for a Middle/Senior Product Manager at SurgayGPT – an AI product for entrepreneurs and marketers.

We need someone who doesn't just manage the backlog and assign tasks, but a person capable of independently finding product opportunities, testing hypotheses, and driving solutions to completion.

🔸 What we expect from you: – Real experience in independently managing a digital product – Ability to identify a user problem, not immediately come up with a feature – Ability to turn an undefined idea into a testable hypothesis – Experience in making decisions based on data, analytics, and experiments – Understanding of how LLMs, AI agents, and modern AI workflows work – Ability to independently build quick prototypes – Strong product sense: user scenarios, product logic, edge cases – Independence in making and arguing product decisions

🔸 Desirable: – Production experience with AI/LLM products – Experience in creating AI agents, agentic workflows, or multi-agent systems – Experience with evals, assessors, and AI system quality evaluation – Experience launching 0→1 products – Experience in B2B SaaS, MarTech, e-commerce, or seller-focused products

🔸 What you will be doing: – Monitoring the AI market, new models, tools, and competitors – Conducting discovery and identifying new product opportunities – Designing and rapidly testing hypotheses – Evaluating effort, limitations, dependencies, and risks with the CTO – Prioritizing initiatives and managing the backlog – Developing user scenarios and product logic – Building prototypes using AI/coding agents – Launching experiments and defining success metrics – Working with activation, retention, funnels, and cohorts – Driving initiatives from idea to measurable results
