🚀 Seeking an SDLC Methodologist with a focus on AI
We are looking for a specialist to help build a modern SDLC with active application of AI tools at all stages of the software lifecycle: from requirement gathering and formalization to supporting solutions in industrial operation.
📌 What you will do:
- Design and implement development processes using AI tools at the stages of requirements analysis, design, code review, testing, and acceptance.
- Develop guidelines and best practices for working with LLMs.
- Evaluate, pilot, and integrate AI solutions into existing CI/CD processes.
- Formulate SDLC performance metrics and measure the impact of AI on development speed and quality.
- Assist teams in adapting new tools and approaches, conduct training and change support.
- Analyze and manage risks associated with the use of generative AI, including code quality and documentation accuracy.
- Interact with Information Security, Risk Management, and Technology leadership teams.
⚡ What is important to us:
- At least 3 years of experience as an IT process methodologist.
- Practical experience in implementing AI tools into development processes.
- Deep understanding of Agile approaches, Scrum, Kanban, Git Flow, and CI/CD.
- Ability to build a metrics system and confirm the effectiveness of changes with specific indicators.
- Experience in training, facilitation, and supporting transformational initiatives.
