Requirements: 4–7 years of commercial experience as a systems/business analyst or integration analyst. Systems design. Strong BPMN 2.0 skills. Hands-on experience with Camunda Modeler, bpmn. io, or a similar option. C4 model competence – at all levels, from stakeholder context to component design. ERD and logical data modeling: normalization, OLTP schema design, understanding of event sourcing and CQRS at the data level. UML – primarily sequence, state, and class diagrams. Experience describing state machines for entities with complex transitions and invariants. Modeling tools: proficiency in at least 2–3 of PlantUML, Mermaid, Structurizr, draw. io, Miro, Lucidchart. English: B2+.
