☑️ Responsibilities -Develop and maintain the visitor’s personal account and parts of the funnel from landing pages to booked lessons -Own attribution: end-to-end visit tracking chains, UTM parameters, and diagnosing gaps in V2L/V2B tracking -Build server-side integrations with ad platforms (e.g., Meta CAPI, TikTok Events API, and similar) -Write and debug backend code in Python/Node: endpoints, caching, and server-side rendering -Support A/B testing: rollouts, feature flags, and post-experiment code cleanup -Investigate production incidents via Sentry and drive them through to resolution -Monitor and optimize public page speed: Core Web Vitals -Develop the visitor's personal account and key funnel stages – from initial contact on the landing page to a booked lesson -Be responsible for attribution: build end-to-end visit chains, work with UTM tags, and identify gaps in conversion tracking (V2L / V2B) -Implement server-side integrations with ad accounts (Meta CAPI, TikTok Events API, and similar tools) -Write and debug backend code in Python and Node.js: develop endpoints, configure caching, and handle SSR -Support A/B tests: from setting up rollouts and flags to timely refactoring and code cleanup after the experiment -Monitor production incidents via Sentry, quickly find root causes, and drive solutions to deployment -Control and improve the performance of public pages according to Core Web Vitals metrics

☑️ Candidate Requirements -3+ years of production experience with TypeScript and React -Python and Node.js: ability to work independently on the backend—endpoints, caching, SSR debugging—beyond just a thin BFF (Backend-For-Frontend) layer -Experience with analytics and tracking: GTM, event tracking, server-side conversion delivery. Understanding how data travels from click to report, and the ability to locate data leaks/loss -Product mindset: working with metrics and hypotheses rather than just closing tickets -English proficiency -Commercial development experience in TypeScript and React — 3+ years -Solid Python and Node.js skills: ability to independently solve backend tasks (API design, caching, SSR debugging), not limited to a simple BFF layer -Practical experience in product analytics and tracking: GTM, custom events, server-side conversion delivery. It's important to understand the entire data path from click to analytical report and be able to quickly find points of data loss -Product approach: habit of working with hypotheses, influencing metrics, and seeing the business goal behind the code, not just closing tasks -English language proficiency sufficient for working in an international environment
