Director of Products / Director of Customer Experience

I am looking for two leaders for the Webbankir team:

• Director of Products — to form the product strategy, increase LTV, and develop new revenue streams beyond PDL lending.
• Director of Customer Experience — to improve the customer journey, increase conversion (CR) and retention (RR).

We need leaders who:

• connect customer needs with business economics
• justify hypotheses and ideas with numbers
• deliver tasks to measurable results
• foster an orange culture and are A-players
