๐ Job Description:
Position Overview
The Outsource QA Engineer (Vendor) is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software through primarily automated testing. The role focuses on designing, developing, maintaining, and improving automated test suites, as well as supporting manual testing where required.
Main Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end automated tests for new and existing features.
- Maintain and improve existing automation frameworks and test suites.
- Perform API, web, functional, regression, acceptance, integration, and exploratory testing.
- Review requirements, specifications, technical designs, and colleaguesโ work.
- Identify, investigate, and report defects, including root cause analysis and debugging.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
- Collaborate closely with developers, SDETs, product teams, stakeholders, and users.
- Participate in Scrum meetings, standups, planning, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to improving QA processes and automation practices.
- Mentor team members and provide constructive feedback.
- Monitor test results, logs, dashboards, and system health where required.
Key Expectations
- Strong focus on test automation, with experience working towards 100% automation.
- 2+ years of QA/automation experience for some projects, and 3+ years for others.
- Experience with Java, JavaScript, C#, or C++, depending on the project.
- Experience with automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or Rest Assured.
- Experience with API testing and automation.
- Good understanding of software testing methodologies and automation principles.
- Advanced English level.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and stakeholders.
- Willingness to mentor others and continuously improve QA processes.
Additional advantages: performance testing, SDK testing, C++/Python, databases, CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Jira/Confluence/GitHub, and experience with video games or gaming consoles.

- Strong experience in test automation, with a focus on automated testing.
- Experience with Java, JavaScript, C#, or C++, depending on the project.
- Experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, and/or Rest Assured.
- Experience with API testing and API automation using tools such as Postman, JUnit, TestNG, Rest Assured, or SoapUI.
- Experience with web testing and web automation.
- Understanding of test automation design principles and reusable automated tests.
- Understanding of acceptance, functional, regression, exploratory, and integration testing.
