ABOUT US: vavs.ai is an AI studio that generates complete content packages: vertical videos (avatar, filming, voiceover, editing), carousels, and posts — not individual pieces, but final results in minutes. We are changing the economics of content creation: what used to require a team of a scriptwriter, videographer, editor, designer, and SMM specialist is now manageable by a single person. TASKS: • Manage up to 10 brands/profiles simultaneously (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, feed). • Develop and implement a content plan for each brand: ~30 short videos, carousels, and text posts per month. • Prepare scripts and hooks for various formats: viral, expert, sales-oriented. • Assemble videos, carousels, and posts within VAVS — without involving a videographer, editor, designer, or copywriter. • Configure a unique AI avatar, tone of voice, and content categories for each brand/niche. • Schedule publications and maintain a daily content release rhythm. • Analyze performance (reach, retention, engagement) and adjust the plan accordingly. • Test hypotheses and hooks in batches, scaling what performs well. • Brief and get content approval from brands, maintain reporting.

REQUIREMENTS: • 1+ year of experience in SMM/content marketing with proven case studies. • Understanding of short vertical videos, carousels, and posts — what captures and retains attention. • Ability to write a 15-30 second script/hook. • Systematic approach and self-organization: ability to manage 10 accounts simultaneously. • Basic social media analytics skills. • Experience with AI content generation tools — as a plus.
