CICADA8 develops products and services aimed at identifying and managing cybersecurity vulnerabilities.
We develop products for automating cybersecurity processes, helping companies effectively manage risks and protect their systems. The team is working on creating robust services that integrate modern technologies for monitoring, analyzing, and responding to threats. This includes web services, ETL processes, and cloud solutions based on Kubernetes and Docker, with a focus on scalability and security.
We are currently looking for a Middle Python developer for a service to assess the cybersecurity of large companies' counterparties.
Our stack: Django/Celery/Redis/RabbitMQ/PostgreSQL/ClickHouse/Minio
Responsibilities:
- Participate in development as a lead specialist, write excellent code, and participate in code reviews;
- Support and develop existing backend code, implement APIs and database models;
- Integrate with external services and APIs;
- Interact with analysts, frontend, and backend developers;
- Manage tasks in YouTrack and participate in team meetings.
What we expect:
- 2-3 years of commercial Python development experience;
- Experience developing web services with REST (including Django REST Framework – DRF);
- Experience with Django and Celery;
- Experience writing complex SQL queries;
- Understanding of Kubernetes (k8s) and Docker, and how to build cloud solutions based on them;
- Ability to write clean, testable code and cover it with tests.
