We are currently strengthening our team and looking for a graphic designer who:

• thinks in images, not templates;
• can adapt to the project's style and team aesthetics;
• is not afraid of feedback and can make edits quickly and calmly;
• understands the difference between simply beautiful and visually accurate solutions;
• is flexible in learning new tools and ready to move with the market.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proficient in Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Figma
• Knowledge or readiness to quickly master: Midjourney, Krea, Runway, Photoshop AI
• Ability to work according to a technical task from the art director
• Accuracy, attention to detail, understanding of composition
• Adequate attitude towards corrections, ability to listen
• Skill to quickly revise layouts without emotional resistance

Will be a plus:

• Experience in creating mockups, packaging, brand design
• Ability to bring images to a photorealistic level
• Basic skills in 3D, animation, or video editing

About Your Responsibilities.

• Create visuals, covers, banners, packaging, and branded materials for the brand.
• Work with neural networks and 3D: generate images and refine them for projects.
• Prepare application prototypes, splash screens, interfaces, and presentations.
• Quickly grasp ideas and independently bring them to completion, be intellectually agile and offer solutions.
• Maintain cleanliness and a unified visual style across all projects.

Requirements:

• Confident command of necessary software for creating unique images
• You don't wait for instructions, you take initiative and get things done — we adore that!
• You will have to work a lot! You won't be able to slack off! We are looking for a designer who wants not just to complete tasks, but to be part of a team creating a visual product with idea, depth, and aesthetics.
• What you will likely run away from us without — stress resistance, ability to quickly navigate in emergency situations, and make decisions under resource constraints.
• Fast learning ability and attentiveness — these will enhance your adaptation in the team.
• And of course, responsibility, punctuality, attentiveness, and design talent — the cherries on top of your candidate cake.

Work Schedule and Conditions:

• Format: remote work and full-time employment;
• Schedule: 6/1;
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday — from 09:00 to 18:00, Saturday — from 09:00 to 15:00;
• Payment: 500,000 tenge per month (net);
• Internship: 1 month;
• Probationary Period: 3 months.
