👋 Hi LinkedIn! 🔎 We're hiring a Chief of Staff to the CTO at Fundraise Up.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who loves turning complexity into clarity — building the operating rhythm of a 100+ person engineering organization, driving OKRs and QBRs, keeping cross-team initiatives moving, and turning messy inputs into clear decisions.

You'll work closely with our CTO, engineering leadership, Product, Data, Finance, Legal, and the executive team. This is not an EA role and not a technical authority role — it's about ownership and making sure important things actually move.

📍 Remote: Spain, Serbia, Poland, Portugal, Turkey, Georgia, Armenia, Cyprus 🗣️ Fluent English + Russian
